We have many times come to sangatta and this hotel is the only good hotel in Sangatta with big meeting room. The superior room is very good. Since we also booked the junior suite we compare the room and the superior room is better, I think this room is new and the facilty is good. We glad that we stay in superior room.

The only 4 star hotel in Sangatta. They upgrade our hotel to executive suite since the junior suite are fully booked. The security staff is excellent. They do.not offer the breakfast for online booking, but we can buy the breakfast for IDR 50.000/person.
