The hotel had some sort of criminal activity going on.... Bedford police were stopping and harassing guests right in the lobby and hallways. I was questioned and accused of being someone named "Al" all while in front of my child. When I complained about this and the fact that even the pool was closed so my kid had no entertainment i was told by the night time supervisor that I would be refunded if I left. He even was nice enough to suggest a hotel close by that would be better. Then he rejected my request for a refund. It was a horrible experience for my entire family. They can keep the money they owe me. I'll never stay at this chain again

Not the best 永安 I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still Til this day never got a call from the manager.
