First of all, I booked through 永安 and this motel in Shorter Ala. had a great picture of a nice hotel with a pool. We were just laying over for one night to rest up and relax by the pool. When I checked in I wasn’t even told the pool was closed.We drove around and finally found our room,which we didn’t even go in because it was very old looking on the outside and saw the Poole was closed so I called the desk and asked and he said that it had been closed s”since Covid outbreak “. Huh? 2 year ago. Crazy!!! I went back and told them they could have their keys back because we weren’t staying there and that they needed to put it on the website that the pool was closed! only thing he said was huh,while looking at me real crazy.😫
