北角住宅 (Northpointe Residences)

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. Budget accommodation but does the job — front desk is courteous and friendly. Location isn’t particularly easily accessible but close enough walk to SM North EDSA and Trinoma Malls. Handy laundromat across the street which I used

The service was not expected. Front desk staff are bit off. All ameneties have to pay including extra bedsheet and the kettle. There is no water bottle everyday or they forgot. You cannot use even the parking space in front. They charge you parking fee if you get in their basement. Have trouble in the parking here. The location is quite nice just near the trinoma or sm north where you can have MRT. The room are quite actually spacious. The only problem is the staff.

The hotel is situated near Trinoma Mall in North Avenue, Quezon City. It is just walking distances to public transports and malls. My only concern is the staff, though they are accommodating but some of them lacks presence of mind. Maybe soon they can fix that. The room was big and spacious. It is also clean and safe.

At first internet and tv was not working which is a no no but they changed the room so it was all good and great stay

The best, sobrang luwang ng room saka malapiylt sa mga malls. pwedi pangmaramihan sa isang room kung tutuusin sa luwag. happy and contented.

Location is very accessible, there is lot of restriction like not allowed to drink alcohol and no smoke. There is balcony but its locked and not accessible. Customer Service is not observed need a lot of improvements esp for welcoming guest and calling guest if possible 30mins to 1hour before check out incase guest fall asleep. A lot of small insects also in the table of our room so it means its not sanitize and clean properly but appreciate that there is towel,soap,shampoo and toothbrush also toothpaste provided. The coffeeshop/bakeshoppe is the best for me because I love the coffee latte☕️ and the wallnut pie😋

The location is accessible, walking distance from malls and the provincial bus stations. However, the place is a bit disappointing. I already read the reviews and most of it is composed of the cockroach infestation, I still insisted on booking the property thinking that maybe, they made an adjustment to the issue. Also, hotel slippers is not provided. The front desk people are okay, no expectation. The room is super spacious as well.

******* bloody good place to stay. Staffs are bloody ******* helpful gonna stay again on this bloody hotel next ****** time!
