Lovely resort with plenty to do on and off site for children and adults. Despite the poor weather we were able to enjoy swimming, arcades and play area. Shops were conveniently located only 6 mins drive away. The lodge was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We particularly liked that tea towels, sponges and washing up liquid provided as well as portioned salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and portion milks. Thanks for a great stay!

很好的酒店，圍着湖全是木屋小別墅，兩個房間兩個衞生間，一張大床兩個單人床，客廳夠大，還有沙發床，我們三口就沒打開沙發床，餐具很多，乾淨整潔，我用鍋煮了半小時，早餐是我帶的小米粥和方便麪！非常適閤家庭出遊！

酒店沿湖佈局，環境很好，房子舒適，房間大，廚房大，廚房用具齊全，可以做點自己喜歡的，適合度假，需要自駕，自駕交通方便，個別問題，衞生間毛巾架上部不加熱，推薦嘗試入住

Customer service at the reception counter was great, but that’s where it ended. The room was filthy, the toilet and all of the surfaces had visible dirt, spilled drinks etc. At least the sheets were clean! Customer service at the pool was very poor, I don’t think the guy spoke, just grunted. Photo of the phone attached, that’s what you have to use to book your slot at the pool (among other strange policies!). Quite expensive for what it was, won’t be returning that’s for sure!
