Great hotel, clean, tidy and staff very friendly. If you have a Tesla even better as the superchargers are in the car park.

Initial impressions of the hotel were fairly good (we had an issue with the automatic doors only opening around 15cm, and we checked in and left to attend a meal elsewhere. When we returned, we enjoyed a cocktail in the bar (which was excellent) and retired to our room. The first issue we encountered was that the lights in the room were flickering, but simply switching off the ceiling lights solved the issue (it was late). The main issues arose when we attempted to sleep - the bed was very uncomfortable, particularly the pillows. We also started to notice quite significant swings in temperature from the air conditioning, which was also making a lot of intermittent noise. I was unable to get any sleep at all, and eventually, at around 6am got up to have a shower and head home; at that point I also discovered that there was only one towel, so only one of us was able to shower. To make matters worse, guest relations offered us a complimentry upgrade as a goodwill gesture - as if I want to waste more money to return!!! I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

We knew that the hotel was remote, but you’re central for all areas to travel. Absolutely excellent stay, receptionist was so friendly with a lovely warm welcome. Room decor and cleanliness was fantastic. Bar and food service was excellent, food was amazing and bar service was so attentive. Loved our stay and will certainly return and also try other Dakota hotels.

Very nice place and will definitely be back in the near future

1st time I have stayed at a Dakota hotel, and it was well worth it. Lovely room, full sky package, air conditioning, free hi speed wifi and an easy and welcoming check-in. As Arnie said a long time ago - I'll be back...!

Nice entrance and lounge area with a bar and grill so was good to be able to eat and have a drink without leaving the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern with plenty power points and optional lighting Was impressed and a full breakfast to top it off. Would stay again. Thanks.

Staff very welcoming and polite. Hotel is lovely, a**ospheric, cosy and relaxing. The dining room is lovely to eat in and the food excellent. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and a**osphere. Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception. Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed.
