Since checking in …a complete nightmare, I did my reservation and prepaid online with 永安 and I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of the payment and they wouldn’t allow me in, until i called 永安 and after 1 hour they allowed me in. I also wanted to order room service, there were no menus and their “online service” was not working… the rooms are a bit old and their ac wasn’t working either surprise surprise… There’s plenty of options in Puebla … don’t bother staying here it’s very overrated….
