賽城羅望子套房酒店 (Tamarind Suite Cyberjaya by Dreamscape)

Positive comment: Large Unit to cater for family 永安 of 4, has cooking utensils including pots, plates, refrigerator, electric kettle, spoon, fork and knife,hot shower, fully aircon, hair dryer, iron and board. Negative comments: Sofa, blanket, pillow, towels need to be replaced with new ones. TV remote and signal cable is not in the particular room I stayed. Checking in is pain in the butt. With the price charged to me, I would rather go to proper hotel if I knew...the booking was a mistake.

Sebab sy baru baca review masa saya dah berada di homestay, so here we go! 1. Kebersihan memang sy boleh bg 2 star je. Bilik air kotor, bawah katil kotor sbb ada anak² lipas keluar sikit dr bawah situ. 2. Saya bawa anak buah dan mak sy bersama alang² cuti sekolah semasa sy ada urusan dan tinggal mereka di rumah. Unfortunately, mak sy bgtahu dia tersepit pada mangkuk tandas yg dah patah. Seriously??? 3. Sambungan kebersihan jgk, i stayed for 4 nights and i paid more than rm500 sepatutnya sediakan plastik sampah mencukupi. Sy boleh buang sdri sampah, don't worry. Mak sy ajar sy utk x sepahkan rumah org tp 1 hal lain bila sy dlm urusan kena cari dan beli plastik sampah lain utk memudahkan mak sy di rumah. 4. Remote aircond takde bateri dan hanya ada 1 remote shj. Mcm mana sy nk control? Tell me. 5. Berpuluh² hotel/homestay yg sy booked dgn rate harga yg sama dlm setahun, hotel/homestay akan sediakan tempat gantung pakaian (almari) yg sebaiknya utk sy stay selama 4 malam. Kipas berhabuk, iron rosak x panas sgt bila sy menggosok walaupun dh cuba selaraskan. Sy x boleh tolerate sorry. Sgt teruk! 6. Last but not least, dalam office hours as stated from 9-6 pm, TOLONG REPLY chat customer bagi memudahkan urusan. 7. Terima kasih kembalikan deposit sy within 4 hours lepas sy checkout. Don't get trick by the price! Worst place ever I has stay! what for I am paying RM30 for cleaning services before staying? 1. Dirty washroom & no hangers, no toilet roll handle 2. TV remote control & fan remote control not functioning 3. Furniture is broken 4. The paint is peeling off everywhere 5. Got cockroach！ 6. No reply after I ask for change those unfunction remote control 7. Kitchen utensils is not complete & kettle is very dirty for boiling water Even the ouside surrounding environment is beauty, u really need think many times before stay in this management provide's room. Some good stuff is the parking arrangement is satisfying

Overall an unpleasant experience staying here, would not recommend to anyone. Further details are listed below along with related images. 1. Cleanliness: Biggest issue here, I noticed dust in various areas and the bathroom didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. There’s also bug on the bed (refer image) which made our stay felt really uncomfortable. 2. Communication: Communication with host was a challenge. There were issues that needed immediate attention but the host was slow to address them. I was informed to pay security deposit of RM100 but in the manual book it was stated only RM50 (refer image). It was also hard to find the designated parking as we were not informed of the exact location. 3. Amenities: The amenities listed in the property description were not up to par. For example, TV plug was broken (refer image), the aircond hadn’t been serviced recently, took a long time to cool the room adequately. There were strange noises & air quality seemed subpar. There’s also leakage from the fridge which we noticed the next day. The host provided towel but it was mostly not in good condition (refer image). A routine servicing and maintenance could have prevented these issues. Please improve.

The Good - The location (near Tamarind Square) is strategic with various restaurants, shops, and convenient stores. All within walkable distance. - The facilities such as swimming pool was available and accessible. The Bad (Need to Improve) - Cleanliness: The room was a bit dusty, as if it has been some time since it was cleaned. - Condition: Some parts of the toilet was found broken upon check-in. - Pest control: Confirmed as per reviewed by others, there were indeed presence of cockroaches in the room. - Communication & Service: THE WORST PART! 1) Check-in guidance. The owner gave written description and video manual on how to check-in. Though, the video lack detailed information which caused some confusion. 2) Deposit. The owner took a lengthy time to return the deposit. They promised to return within 24hours but failed to stick to it. They only returned after they were reminded to do so which I believed shouldn't be the case. Overall: My stay was underwhelmingly disappointing due to the poor service provided by the owner and the overall condition of the room. The only positive take about my stay was its nice location.

Good hotel

Bad hotel experiences. It was very hard to find the mailbox room and reserved parking. Wasting time more than an hour. The access to the residents car park was not working, we needed to look for a security guard for help. Besides the deposit process a bit difficult and have to wait another 24 hours for the refund. The room was just okay. Got a lot of cafes nearby.

tempat dia cantik..boleh muat 6 orang sebab ada 3 katil queen then..bersih..but nak cari kunci susah sebab first time kan 2 3 kali cari bilik kunci tuu..hahaha but next time dah tau dah nak cari macam mana..ada pool best so far recomended

The owner is not honest because he not give back my deposit rm100..i already whatsapp the owner about the deposit but not respond at all..the name of owner is ****************************, phone number*************.. The aircond is not cold..the cleanliness is average..so be careful not to rent the house under this owner..
