伊亞古堡酒店 (Old Castle Oia)

The cave suite with hot tub facing the calderas was very unique, plus breakfast served in your suite each morning. Thanks also to the porters who help to carry your luggage past Oia’s endless uphill steps.

This is the worst hotel!!!!! First, we need to walk a long stairs to arrive at the hotel. And the stairs are very dirty because it is full of donkey dung. Secondly, when we arrived at our hotel room, we need to go to the rotated stairs to our bedroom. It is very unacceptable. The rotated stairs look like the toy for the cat/dog to climb there. It is very dangerous to climb the rotated stairs to the bedroom. We can’t accept this uncomfortable room. We requested the hotel to change another room for us but he said he couldn’t. This made us so angry. We did not stay in their hotel. And they said they will not refund us. This made us angry and messed up our Santorini 永安. We immediately found another hotel and did not stay in the Old Castle Oia. We are really angry. I can’t believe they provide the guest this small and uncomfortable room. The Old Castle Oia hotel is the worst hotel!!!

ロケーション、サービス共に最高でした。夕日が綺麗でとても素晴らしい1日を過ごすことができます。 スタッフの方も優しく丁寧でとても良いホテルでした。

It is a clean and tidy hotel with prefect sunset scenery. All staff are very polite and kind, especially Sofia. The breakfast and outdoor pool is good

Oia stepsの190段目あたりにあるので、スーツケースを持っての移動はちょっと大変だけど、Sunset を楽しむには絶好のロケーション👍 Swimming pool からの景色も素晴らしい❣️ スタッフの方々もとても親切です🥰 靜かな環境でサントリーニ島を過ごしたい人にはオススメです😉

房間和風景都很漂亮！可以在房間外坐着看日出日落。房間設施不錯，有麪包機還有咖啡膠囊機，還給拖鞋！美中不足就是浴缸在室外，不是很乾凈，沒法泡澡。而且mini bar的東西都要收費（都這麼貴的酒店了TT） 🔔服務：特別特別好！工作人員態度超級好！入住給水還給我們升級了房間，提前問好我們想要吃的早餐類型，第二天就給送到房間來了。還送了我們一人一杯香檳！並且因為oia的路很難走，我們還讓酒店幫忙把我們的行李送到車站了，服務真的💯！ 🧹衞生：很乾凈很乾凈！整個房間都是香香的，床也超級軟，很舒服！
