Dah dua kali check in di hotel ni... Semuanya ok.. layanan dikaunter pun baik... Terima kasih

Location: 8minutes to Sitiawan town. 7e right next to the hotel, grab our quick bites and fixed midnight food urge. Basic hotel for one night stay before heading to our next destination, confy bed, reasonably priced. Suggestion: (1) The room can have more lights (2) shower heater can be more powerful

the staff were friendly but they hv little knowledge about the local food & attraction . Have to explore it ourselves.

Tempat nya okay la ada 7 e kat sebelah kalau lapar memalam boleh pegi sebab 24 jam kan. Ada kedai mamak juga kat sebelah. Bilik agak kecik tapi okay la selesa juga. Kedai mkn tutup awal

The main door is not properly equip with a safety feature. There is a flies/insect in front of toilet’s entrance & dust appear on the tv cabinet. Several painted peel in the side wall..Look like the room is not properly maintain. Got itchy when laying down on the duvet/linen.

Ada Banyak rambut kat atas katil. Macam tak cuci dan kemas betul². Mungkin. Hotel boleh sediakan sabun, Shampoo & berus gigi.

Room is spacious. Everything is okay but not many place to park. Overall this hotel is okay to stay. It also near to Teluk Batik Beach and Jetty Pulau Pangkor

Ada problem b4 dtg hotel ni. Booking hilang. Puas call 永安 and Oyo. Akhirnya ada juga bilik yang di book nya..lokasi strategic. Ada kedai mamak, 7e, speedmart. Dekat nak pergi jeti lumut, teluk batik. Seronok n puas hati. #family永安

Sy book bilik family superior..ting 2 , tiada tangga agak sukar UTK org tua dan ada baby mcm saya UTK naik sebab tiada tangga. Tp bilik memang besar la. Cuma Tiada kettle disediakan dalam setiap bilik perlu berjalan ke luar menggunakan water dispensar diluar setiap kali nak minum. Cuma at least sediakan lah gelas or cawan each bilik. Ni semua takde. Aircond tak boleh control..Sgt sejuk..so we keep on &off aircond jika terlalu sejuk. Bila off panas la pulak..adoi. MMG tak nyenyak tidur. Lepas tu jiran sebelah Sgt bising. Die book 2 bilik ..so anak2 mereka keep keluar masuk bilik..tutup pintu kuat..berborak di beranda. Saya dah la ada bby. Baby nk tidur pun keep awake. Tiada manner duduk hotel..tak pandai jaga anak..biar bising. worst nite la kat sana. 25hb Disember. Harap jika baca ni...Sy rasa awk better dok homestay la kalau nak buat hotel ni mcm rumah sendiri .tak hormat jiran bilik kiri kanan..depan belakang. Homestay pun ada jiran. Hidup ni kena hormat org lain . Sorry gambar tak berkaitan

Firstly receptionist gave me queen bed room classic.. but i pay for king bed room deluxe .. i already ask the receptionist but unhelpful since they said room type was auto assign by 永安 in system and ask me to make complaint throughly online by myself. After direct complaint with 永安,the receptionist ask me if i want to change king bed room.i change to new room at 2300H. MY room also blackout at 1000H until 1200H before i check out due to Technical issue.blackout for 2 hours.. the room also dusty.
