First, I book hotel thru 永安… when check-in… was told the booking from Traveloka!!! Means my personnel info was shared without my approval!! Tried call 永安 but cannot get thru!!! Worse.. the room given to me no aircon and no fan… at night, insects goes to our room… Want to call the front desk but the phone was spoilt… Next day, the breakfast worse! 9.30am the food and drinks almost finish and no replenishment… until I complain!

Wij verblijf in deze hotel voor 2 nachten maar de kamer heb geen waterkoker en de benodigdheden voor coffee of thee te maken. En als jij het naar de receptie vragen de antwoord dat standaard kamer heb geen waterkoker:-( raar. Het is toch een hotel niet een guest house. De bed lig niet stabil. Wij zijn erg niet tevreden om hier te verblijven:-(
