Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is very strategic since it is located in the heart of Sibu. I'm also satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided in the room, also the rate is very affordable. However, the major drawbacks of the room where I stayed was its design. There's a wall located right in front of the main door, and it separates the bed and bathroom area. The aircond was improperly put above this wall against the bed (instead of facing it). Other than that, it was great.
