On our way back to KL from Thailand we pass by this hotel for rest and shower for the next day and surprisingly with this price the hotel quite nice and clean, the receptionist boy so very kind when he allow me to check in even without pay the deposit because I have not prepare Malaysia cash yet, the lobby have chinese restaurant so easy to get breakfast

位置不在檳島，需要開車40分鐘左右過海才到檳島，高峯期經常塞車，不過有車沒有很大問題。 酒店在大山腳，可以步行3分鐘到永旺超市和商場，對面有蓮花超市，附近有餐廳，葯店，便利店都很方便。酒店沒有提供一次性用品和瓶裝水，大堂有飲水機可接水。環境也不錯，總體滿意😀

時常在外工作，環境衞生都算不錯了。價格經濟實惠，床單乾淨沒有蟎蟲。不幹擾睡眠的問題，衹提供洗髮水。牙刷不提供需要付費RM5

Business 永安, when we reach is around 10pm, receptionist is very helpful. Lift is slow but room is clean. The water is hot for shower, drinking water is available in lobby. There is a mirror @ entrance of the room, but bring your own mirror is you need to do a makeup as there is no mirror inside, only a small one in washroom. Room is not dark, when open the curtain can sleep nicely. Overall is comfy, will come back again definitely!

Overall this hotel is quite a friendly place which nearer to Lotus and Aeon mall. Both of this mall is just located opposite and behind respectively. It will takes only 5 mins to there with Grab ride. Customer service’s attitude is not friendly at all. I feel like they are not welcoming us to stay there with their face expressions and their way of communication. Hotel rooms cleanliness is quite ok. Recommend for those with solo travel/business.
