I recently stayed at this hotel located in the town center, and while its central location was convenient, there were some areas that need improvement. Firstly, the absence of breakfast service was disappointing, as it's a basic amenity many travelers expect. Additionally, there was no drinking water machine provided, which would have been a simple yet appreciated addition. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's central location makes it accessible to various amenities and attractions. However, addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

The View Hotel is one of the nice hotel in Segamat town area, good location and car parking space provided. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Surrounded by banks, cafes, fast food restaurants(McD, KFC, Marrybrown, Texas Chicken & McDota Chicken) and convenient stores.

Check in process was smooth.. The reception asked RM50 for deposit and its refundable.. The room was comfy but the towel quite old.. The hotel surrounded with all amenities you need.. But for the parking underground quite smelly.. advise to purchase coupon and parking in front of hotel.. more comfortable..
