Happy to stay at POP hotel. The location is very convenient for me. Value for money. But not convenient the table area. No light to shine the table. Quiet dark for me to work. And also no power point at the table for me to charge my laptop.

Let's start by the reception: this is by far the worst reception staff. Most of the receptionists are unhelpful, useless, indifferent to the situation of the guests, cold, impolite and with a fake smile which is disgusting. Honestly this hotel is one of the worst in jakarta, music so loud in the corridor from 6 am to 11 pm, in fact it's so loud that it woke me up. Rooms are either run down by time, or the Air-conditioning is not cooling the rooms enough. Price is expensive for the quality of service we got, hoenstly for the same price, other hotels in jakarta offers a much better option, warmer service, welcoming reception, and cleaner rooms.

There's no complain soal fasilitas Cuma dpt experience kecil tgl 22 juli 2023 listrik hotel byar pet sampai 7 kali, mana tengah malam antara jam 00 sd jam 1.30 pas pagi nya sy tanyakan, kt staf hotelnya ada trouble di gardu pln yg nyuplai listrik ke hotel. But it just accidential moment. Mdh tdk terjadi lg di lain wkt. Was2 jg soalnya mau tidur, klo2 ada korslet listrik yg bisa jd kebakaran.

After long time no stay in this hotel, service is very suck, no helpfull receptionist, many staff no have solution & very bad service over all. For the man who be receptionist and hotel manager please learn who to give excellent service, cause youre job is it give the best service.
