Location was fantastic - 10 min drive from airport and close to a mall for food, massage and supermarket as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. All tours were also picked up and send to hotel. Pool area was my favourite at the rooftop and a glass wall. Highly recommend.

room too small for 2 twin beds. Wished for king bed not available. Bed was no and difficult to get up from. We almost fell on the edge of the bed getting out. Did not like soap, body shampoo,conditioner in fixed container. They didnt smell good. We would prefer separte face soap andeach shower body sop, shmpoo nd condition in separate containers. Slippers could be a better non slip quality on tiled room. Breakfast buffet can use a lot of improvement. It would help if you had some traditional meats like bacon and ham. Also at least two or three more cheese selections. Lobby room needs more cooling systems to mke it comfortable while we are waiting during checkin and checking out or waiting for tour guides and transport. Your shining asset was your courteous and approachable service and desk staff.

4박5일동안 쉼이 있는 숙박이 되었습니다. 해진이후 루프탑 수영장에서 수영을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 새벽체크아웃(3:30 am)에도 조식 센드위치를 준비해주는 서비스는 감동이었습니다. 트립여행사가 로비에 상시준비되어 있어서 쉽게 예약할 수 있어보였습니다. 조식 역시 괜찮았습니다.

Современный отель с интересной архитектурой. Все чисто, регистрируют быстро, в отеле можно сразу купить экскурсии по окрестностям, в том числе на подземную реку или светлячков. На крыше отличный бассейн с баром, хороший SPA. В номерах своеобразно спланирован санузел, умываться будете прямо у кровати. Рядом большой супермаркет Robinson. Вполне достойный завтрак, в приятных интерьерах.

酒店很不錯，能達到國內四星級標準，值得推薦，下次還會來。價格的話也差不多。不過早餐沒有青菜，這一點小小的遺憾。肉太多了哈哈容易發胖，沒有熱牛奶。對於減肥的我這一點有點遺憾。

在地非常乾淨舒適的飯店，服務也很好，客服人員親切有禮，雖然只會說簡單的中文，但感覺親切！離市區稍遠一些，但有多種交通工具可抵達。

Really liked the rooftop with the infinity pool and bar, the staff were super smiling and pleasant to talk to, the staffs looked clean and well groomed, the restaurant was beautiful The less positive is that the shower could have been cleaner , the food was ok , nothing really bad but just on a low standard which was still ok for the price we paid, plus I take it as normal in Philippine, I couldn’t really expect them to cook western food like Michelin star restaurant. Overall a very nice stay and certainly a great value.
