Pictures are very old and the state of that Hotel at May, 5th is very poor. Not very clean at all. On the closet was a dust layer from one month minimum. For one night ok but would not book again. Need a complete refurbish. The matress was the hardest one I ever slept in my life and really hurt my back after one sleepless Night. The breakfast offer ok but again I not really can recommend it at all.,

I booked this hotel because the 3pm boat to Ko Lipe was no longer in service since Covid-19 hit Thailand and my family and I were stuck on the main land. It was a clean hotel with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay and not too far rom the pier we were catching a boat from the next day.

Location is very nice, near the sea and National Park. The food provided during breakfast quite simple but the taste is delicious (really Thai taste). Recommended...👍🏽

Были в этом отеле случайно, потому что не успели на лодку до Ко Липе. Пришлось ночевать в Ла-Нгу. И выбрали этот отель по отзывам. Обслуживание приятное. Очень хороший и отзывчивый персонал. Но есть минусы: расположение ( рядом ничего нет) ни магазинов в шаговой доступности. У них есть транспорт до магазина или кафе 100 бат разовая поездка. Чайник в номере не работал. Один раз переночевать можно. Завтрак в номер был вкусный. Ресторан у них не работает.

The room is clean. The satff is helpful when I requested to change room. The breakfast is acceptable. The location is a bit inside, dark and quiet. Water pressure is very low.

We had booked another hotel which said they had no rooms so 永安 paid the extra to have us stay here. Great customer service. We only had a short stay as we just spent the night as catching the ferry the following morning. Highlights was the free breakfast the next day had food for everyone including foriegners. Cereal, fruit toast and eggs etc. The beach isn't swimmable but the pool is super warm and has sitting in the sun and shade. The room was large and clean. But while our shower had no hot water our friends room did so I'm sure that problem will be fixed. I'm use to blackout curtains and quiet so I did find it a bit bright and loud until everyone settled and slept. All in all I really happy with this place and would stay again. 永安 did a great job handing a bad situation.
