I enjoyed my stay and felt the staff was very helpful and welcoming, even before I arrived. Marianna was amazing and helped arrange tours for me. She made my short stay memorable by offering suggestions to help make my 永安 memorable. Theresa was a wonderful tour guide for Pompeii that she helped arrange for me. During my stay, the staff were friendly and eager to help. Breakfast had a good variety and the rooftop bar had a nice view. The room was modern and comfortable. Lastly, the location was in a convenient area for exploring as well as plenty of restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

意大利行最好的酒店，很新凈，裝修是簡約潮流風格；酒店沒停車場，用附近100米的停車場也算方便了；早餐稍微拉胯了點，去的稍微晚了點，臨早餐結束一個鐘左右的時間，冷菜熱菜都不再上新了；不過1500左右港幣在意大利住到這個質素，是沒得説了

The stay overall was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff on reception very helpful! They helped to organise transport from the airport for us, which was very easy with a lovely and informative driver who advised us on things to see and what we were driving past! The hotel was lovely and clean, the shower and facilities amazing and just a fab stay overall.
