This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life after travelling more than 20 countries! We booked for Solea Seaview Resort but was assigned to Solea Mactan Resort Seaview rooms. There are plenty of children amenities here, however, the many swimming pools the water is not clean, dead insects floating on the water. The Inflatable water park is fun, but a lot of greenish color dirts floating on the water and it smells awful. The worst part is, one day we went to a whole day island hopping 永安 and locked my necklace in the room safe. When we returned back, we found the safe passcode was changed. We had to call hotel staff to help open the safe with their master key and found the necklace is missing! We reported to hotel immediately that night and they promised to check CCTV but not going to show us. There was no update until the next day morning when we go to the front desk to ask again. They found a senior manager to talk to us and attitude was extremely bad. They kept saying it is not their fault and even refused to help us call the police or lend a phone to us to call police as we don't have a Filipino number. They asked us to do whatever we wanted but it is not their business. I was very shocked by the attitude and service here given it is not a cheap hotel but a beach resort in a premium location. In the end, my husband and I took taxi to the police station to file the case ourselves. The investigator in police station was very nice, asked us in detail about what happened and followed us back to hotel to investigate immediately. The investigation went for quite long, we did not understand what they talked as they were talking in their language. The police asked us to leave earlier and promised to update us through the email we left. Later that night, our room had a electricity blackout. The power supplied to corridor and other rooms were fine as I can still see lights, but our room was blackout. After the blackout, hotel sent someone to check, and magically, the necklace was found behind the mini fridge. I will never stay in this hotel again. It is such a bad experience. And my whole family learnt something new. A safe in some hotel room may not be safe at all!

리조트는 총 3개로 이루어져 있고 솔레아 막탄에서 머물렀습니다 뷰는 숨이 막힐정도로 좋았고 객실 크기도 커서 휴양을 하기에 아주 적합했습니다! 수영장이 너무 많아서 다 이용해보지는 못했지만 체크인할때 주는 워터파크 이용권으로 낮에 신나게 널고 밤에는 솔레아 씨뷰 앞의 수영장에서 인생샷을 건졌어요 조식은 생각보다 괜찮지만 디너는 가격적으로나 음식의 맛으오나 실망이였습니다. 객실내 개미가 많은걸 빼면 청결도 좋았어용

아내와 함께 아름다운 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 처음 선택한 방에서 작은 개미들이 있어서 방 변경을 요청했고, 시간이 조금 걸렸지만, 잘 변경해 주셨어요. ^^ 팜 리조트도 머물러 보고 씨뷰에서도 머물러 봤는데, 팜이 더 새 건물이지만 뷰는 씨뷰가 좋았어요.

Omg! I never regret that i chose this resort. It was so wonderful, and beautiful moment that we stayed in this resort. They had waterpark, so many swimming pools, nature view and beach.

언제나 '팜 리조트' 건물을 이용했지만, 마지막 날 하루 더 리조트를 예약해야하여 경험삼아 씨뷰리조트를 이용해봤습니다. 전반적으로 새로지은 건물에 비해 조금은 오래되었지만, 그래도 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있었습니다. 그리고 리조트 내 시설을 이용하는 것에 대한 제약은 모든 건물에 없기에, 오히려 리조트 방에서 보내는 시간이 적은 사람에게는 가격이 조금 더 저렴하고, 외부로 나가기도 가장 빠른 씨뷰리조트가 나을 수 있다고 생각합니다. 체크인 할 때 주는 쿠폰이 어떻게 계산되어 주어지는지는 모르겠으나, 씨뷰리조트에 체크인할때 가장 많은 쿠폰을 받았습니다. 가장 오래된 건물이다보니 조금 더 보상이 주어지는게 아닌가 싶습니다. 특히 바에서 음료를 무료로 2잔 먹을 수 있는 쿠폰을 받았는데 매우 좋았습니다. 루프탑에서 이용하니 4~500페소 수준의 가치가 있습니다. 최근 솔레아는 사업을 확장하고 있습니다. 입구에 있는 트라이시클 기사에게 "nanda cafe"라고 이야기하면 트라이시클 기준으로 약 3~4분 정도 위치에 있는 카페에 데려가 줄겁니다. 햄버거, 커피 등을 판매하는 식당인데 수준이 괜찮고, 가격도 높지 않습니다. 직원들도 솔레아에서 교육을 받았기에 전문적이고 친절합니다. 저녁에도 솔레아 정문 주변의 길은 위험하지 않으니 밝은 곳에 한해 산책을 해보시는것도 좋을것 같습니다. 끝으로 "Stay In" 이라는 구글상에 검색되지 않는 솔레아의 보급형 모텔을 소개합니다. nanda cafe에 갔다가 우연찮게 알게 되었습니다. 하루 750페소에 머물 수 있으며, 정말 딱 잠만 자려는 목적으로 활용하기 좋습니다. (아쉽지만 온라인 예약은 안되는 듯 합니다.) stay in 방사진을 올리면 솔레아의 방사진으로 오해할 수 있어 생략합니다. 딱 침대만 2개 있고, 에어컨, 화장실 있습니다.

上帝應該把所有藍色都慷慨的給到了宿務；這裏就是詩和遠方，酒店設施完善，特別適合帶小朋友來玩，誰會拒絕免費的水上樂園和出房間就可以看到的藍色大海呢；酒店裡麪自助餐也不錯，有宿務的特色烤乳豬，愛美的女生也可以做Spa，這裏的性價比遠遠高於上述
