Surrounding the hotel is convenient to many shopping mall and restaurant. But the hotel walk in rate is cheaper than the 永安. Hotel room rate photo attached. Will 永安 refund me the differences.

This hotel has a mini fridge which is great. Not much space to walk in room. Shower is great compared to other hotels nearby. Location very convenient!

My choice of hotel whenever I visit Kluang. Right at city center and has 7-11 just below the hotel. Pizza and McDonalds outlets just opposite the hotel though they are not 24 hours. Room size is adequate and basic needs are met.

It's my first time going to Kluang and of course first time staying in Imperial Hotel. As Kluang is a small town, the location of the hotel is quite alright. Just across from 24hr McDonald's. Check in was fast as I'm the only one checking in that time. It's a small hotel and I didn't use any facilities or ordered hotel food.
