I would strongly recommend thus hotel if you planning to visit Labuan. Its has this class with so much ease you feel so relaxed with very great service from their staff my first time in Labuan and i am very impressed with their hotel service…lastly i must not forget that its a walking distance to their only shopping center or their financial hub:

Overall, the service is good. It could be great if a simple smile is added to the front desk. Secondly, I understood the hotel policy for check out time is at 1200 hours. But, it would be much appreciated by guest if the hotel could allow/extend the check out time to 3pm, provided the room not fully booked especially during the mid week days where it's at low density booking and the guest taking flight at about 6pm. Simple curtesy will make a lot of difference.

Swift check-in and roomy accommodations. Conveniently situated near the Ujana Kewangan free trade shopping mall and Labuan Square. The breakfast is also delightful.

Nice hotel in Labuan. Just as I expected from the photos on 永安, except the swimming pool images must have been taken with a wide angle lens as it was smaller than I thought. Good breakfast. Helpful staff and a very nice location.

ビジネスホテル ロケーションはファイナンシャルタワーの真正面なのでタウンでの用事には最適です。 スタッフはプロフェッショナルな教育を受けていることを感じさせてる対応ができ、英語が得意な方もいるため丁寧なサポートを受けることができます。 タワー側と海側の部屋があります、私はタワー側でしたが事前にリクエすれば部屋を指定できるようでした。海側のほうをお薦めします。 部屋自體は日本のビジネスホテル2部屋分ぐらいで不便は感じませんでした。 レジャーでラブアンに來た方には向いてないかもしれませんが、ビジネスできた後には快適なホテルです。

Old hotel but acceptable🙃 The Food is pretty Good Though there isn’t room dining in menu in room. Had to call for one. Can feel hotel is cutting cost and it’s totllly understandable. Hope the hotel can recover soon. Btw, Ramadan buffet was awesome.
