Highly recommended for business purpose. good location and worth the price. All the staff also friendly.

Rooms are very affordable for a chalet type with bathub. The price include with few choices of food they will ask upon your arrival, but my dad said both main courses are very salty, poor him. But other that no complain.

The hotel is strategically located fronting the sea. The layout of the rooms and landscaping are nice and Bali-styled.. However, the resort is worn down and the buildings lack maintenance. Most of the timber used especially in the toilet are rotting and major refurbishment is required. It is a pity such a nice resort being left unmaintained.. urgent maintenance is required to attract existing guests..

The room was very dirty & bed has bed bugs.. couldn’t sleep well as my whole body was very itchy.

- We actually top up money for room with Jacuzzi. There is another room type that they did not showed in the options, which is Premium (with Jacuzzi). Staff said their room used to have Jacuzzi but most of them malfunctioned, hence now the room with functioned Jacuzzi called Premium room type. But when we used the Jacuzzi, got centipede came out😭😶 - We want to order room services for our dinner, no one answer the call, no reply on Whatapps, hence we decided to walk to their restaurant and order at the counter but the staff told us the kitchen was closed for that evening without any notice. Their front desk staff & restaurant waiter not even know about that before we went to order (because upon our order they went to the kitchen to check with the pic) - The breakfast served cold. - The receptionist not responsive on the phone, we tried to call few times but no one answered. End up we need to go to the reception and wait for them to show up. - In overall, I could concluded that the hotel has a good ambitious, but the management need to pay more attention on the room facilities, hotel facilities and the services. - I am expecting a 3-Stars staying experiences however I don't think this stay worth it.

Pulang hari raya dari Kelantan ke Kuala Lumpur , berhenti break semalaman. Tika tiba, senja sudang menjelang dan kelihatan di kawasan reception amat lengang dan tenang. Urusan check in pantas dan kami berjalan melintasi cafe , swimming pool dan melintas sungai buatan untuk tiba di chalet. Chalet sebuah dengan binaan kayu dan bata. Ketika masuk , kami terpegun dengan susun atur oerabut dan syiling yang tinggi. Amat cantik. Kemudahan bilik air kami check , terdapat jacuzzi tetapi tidak berfungsi. Kadar tekanan air juga biasa sahaja . Breakfast biasa-biasa sahaja. Keseluruhan rating memuaskan dan kami enjoy.
