設施老舊，洗澡熱水開開就不熱了。衞生一般，環境維護算是合格，服務員都很友善，但可能培訓不夠，是管理部門的問題也可能疫情後的關係。海灘不算特出，在東海岸算是一般吧。泳池還行。整體沒有性價比，

The villa look old but clean the staff very friendly the environment need to tidy up and more decoration as an attraction to the customer 👍

Sentiasa menantikan masa terluang untuk kesini lagi. Chalet dengan 2 bilik tidur berkonsepkan rumah tradisional. Paling menarik dengan private pool. Sudah tentu memberikan lebih keistimewaan pada setiap keluarga yang menginap disitu terutama keluarga yang memiliki anak2 kecil. Bukan itu sahaja. Kolam renang pihak hotel sendiri sangat luas dengan permainan slide. Dan kolam utk tetamu dewasa yg mempunyai pmandangan terus ke pantai. Sangat memukau. Kami akan kembali lagi dan lagi. Terima kasih Lavilla!!

Villa room is a good retreat with its own pool. Short walking distance to the beach. There is a reserve parking for the villa which the reception didn’t inform us until we saw the parking post. Some of the staff is not wearing face mask.

The service was decent. Staff were friendly when approached. The room was clean but could do with an update. Villa had direct beach access, public pool was closed but their “slide and play” area had a pool to swim short laps as well. Very nice beach! Clear water.

Love the service provide here, all of the staff are very friendly and the place quite great but the living room is a bit small but still gorgeous! ada tertinggal gelang dgn cincin dlm bilik, dah call diorang and they still mencari gelang dgn cincin tu hopefully ada and tak terbuang 🥺❤️
