Nice location with many convenient shop and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness was quite ok. Bed is nice just the furnitures all not in new condition.

We are arrived late and we inform the receptionist before arriving. We get Rooms with slow mode of light, need to used phone lights to Shower. So bad, in rooms no coffee or mugs. Outer like aesthetic but when enter the rooms feels not really comfortable. After check out i ask receptionist and she say yes the light was not good. So bad.

Layanan dari Receptionist yang sangat buruk. Mula2 sampai bantal n tilam banyak rambut. Bila complaint baru sibuk2 tukar bantal n bedsheet. Itu pun panda awalnya tidak mengaku sedangkan Saya Bertudung. TV pula tak boleh on. Staff kata dia tak tahu menahu n PIC dah balik n perlu tunggu esok baru baiki tv. Bila Saya kata minta number phone PIC or owner hotel baru dia bagi Bilik yang baru. Saya terpaksa turun kebawah untuk ambil kunci bilik baru (tiada lift) & Saya Ada anak kecil umur 4 tahun (kami berdua). Terpaksa angkut bantal2 n bedsheet dari Bilik sebelum ni. Nasib baik hanya bersebelahan . Saya Syak Bilik baru pun seperti tidak tukar. Masa check out buat muka masam dan kembalikan deposit tanpa sebarang ucapan atau pandang muka kita.

I'd really love the place if not for the absence of worker during our 2nd night. Got locked out of room because they book us only for 1 night but I've paid in full for 2. And had to wait more than an hour before we got in the room. Should leave worker number on reception table if they want to leave the premise unguarded.
