tempat sangat nyaman untuk nenangin diri, tempat bersih pelayanan sangat baik dan recommended banget buat liburan keluarga karena lokasi nya yang sangat luas, fasilitas sangat baik buat spot spot yang mau Selfi dan juga kolam renang nya bagus dan modern jd ga ada kata nyesel kalau kesini tapi pengeeeeen lagi

Really enjoyed by the scenery of the Toba Lake😍 so happy, the room is clean, but there was some troubles when i want to checked out the receptionist said that we lost the mug, but that was OB’s fault, except from that everything soo nice, we’ll definitely come back!!

Kamar tipe standart terpisah dari gedung utama. Kamar cukup luas. Tidak ada sarapan, kalau book langsung ke marketing hotel bisa aja dapat sarapan. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. Bed cukup besar, walau twin Bed. Posisi kasur sudah disatukan, bisa nampung dua dewasa dan 2 anak. Lokasi berada di puncak bukit. Kolam renang nya ada beberapa bagian. Yg di tengah lebih hangat, lainnya dingin. Ada beberapa cafe dan restoran. Viewnya keren.

The view and the location are amazing here. The room and patio were clean and spacious. The staff are nice. The food is ok. Make sure you bring cash. They seem to have an issue with their card reader. I was double charged for food because the signal dropped and I was told this happened to somebody else like a week before me. It took about five days for me to get my money back and it felt like I was working for it. The closest ATM is about a mile walk away down the mountain, which is steep, but beautiful. They say they have 24 hour room service, but they only had one meal available for order. Outside of the annoying issue with the card reader this was a nice place to stay.

As deluxe room fully booked, i had no choices to book standard room. Check in and got room with back door aside of road which staff pass frequently, noisy bike and truck. Some garbage from above room. Started, I thought booking by 永安 has no diamond member privilege.
