Room was ok, on the smaller side, basic. Could do with a freshen up, I.e. rubbish bin in bathroom with rusting lid. TV ok, had foxtel, no streaming services. Quiet enough at night to sleep, but noisy otherwise, pool means kids up early playing and could hear people in halls/above. Not ideal if you want a holiday sleep in. Pool was nice, quite cool in temperature. Music definitely too loud, hard to relax with it cranking all day. Given the reviews was better than I expected, but wouldn’t want to stay for a long 永安 here. More a motel than a hotel/resort.

Very good service. The staff in the resort are all very friendly and helpful. A staff helped me to take me luggage to my room. Like the swimming pool and the lagoon bar. Very relaxing place.
