Very busy in reception but still very swift check in. Nice to see the car park full.

Honestly, the worse worst experience ever. I could give a minus 5 if I could!!! When I was checking in, two ladies were in the reception- one middle eastern with Hijab, another older lady with ho**** voice, they literally didn’t acknowledge my existence whatsoever, I was standing there for a good 60 seconds, they were talking about their own business, I was standing there like “ hello, excuse me, can I check in?” Even if they said: sorry sir give us two seconds, I wouldn’t feel that bad, but they didn’t!!! The Middle East lady had a glance at me but still ignored me, at that point I was honestly losing my patience, really bad vibes already, another good 30 seconds later finally checked me in. Imagine when you go to hotel to check in, receptionists literally ignore you and you standing there like an *****??? Terrible terrible experience. The room shower head wasn’t working, trying to phone the receptionist, the old lady with husky voice picked up the call, she was really impatient, hanged up my call before I fishies my sentence… did send a maintenance guy called Tom to my room, can’t fault him at all, he was trying to help. But eventually I requested a new room as the shower head couldn’t be fixed. When I was checking out, I asked for parking VAT receipt, the guy from reception said will email me, however, I have not received anything. Terrible again. Really disappointed with my experience. Service was absolutely shocking.

挺好的，在鄉村裡，離機場不算太遠，可以打Uber，公交也有，但不咋保險，可能會晚點，取消一班啥的。也挺乾淨的，但是有一種長久失修的感覺。

Stayed one night as we had an early flight from Leeds Bradford airport On arrival we recieved a friendly welcome from the lady on reception The room was clean with all the usual items. Ideally located for the airport also nice and quiet as it is not on the flight path.

Fairly tired hotel, stayed here many times but it seems to going downhill slowly. Not very clean, the carpet in the room needed hoovering. Decent enough bed and amenities for the price, but food indifferent and the bar a bit expensive. In addition, it’s a long way out of Leeds with a really fiddly route into the city centre. Ok for the money just about..

The hotel has seen better days, but the location and price are very good. Can’t really fault the room I was in, it was clean and comfortable. Note that phone signal for O2 is very bad (only 3G) and you have to pay £7 for WiFi access. Parking is also £5 per night. But overall I’d stay again if I need to be in that area.

Stayed a few times here and found the staff friendly and helpful will be staying again on my next 永安

Received a different room to what I asked for , been disabled I asked for a wet room, I received a bath. The breakfast was terrible, rock hard bacon, mushrooms were wrinkled and had no taste, black pudding wasn’t cooked and neither were the hash browns.

Great stay slept very well would recommend it and will stay again

Night porter service excellent Morning manager on duty helpful Room booked wasn’t the room given Housekeeping needs to check on rooms cleaned as ours wasn’t. The hairdryer draw dirty bathroom tiles and side of basin dirty, grips behind door and toilet seat needed thorough clean. iPhone Charger left behind took housekeeping from26th May to Monday 7th June just got constant excuses when chasing this up on the phone. Was going to have Breakfast until I saw how dried up everything was looked abysmal greasy got a taxi into Leeds had breakfast there. All in All this hotel has serious issues regarding not only the cleanliness of the bathrooms but the way the food is prepared and presented to make you want to eat one. Plus coffee is very bitter from the machine. Not impressed with the service
