When we arrived in our room, we saw that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The towel of the previous guest was still hanging there together with his **** in the toilet (literally). The answer at the reception was just: oh that’s strange, the cleaning lists says that it was cleaned! NOTTTT!!! Never ever book this ****ty hotel. (Only when you want to see the **** of the previous guest)

Hotel Blue is classic, old hotel with a lot of character. Although the hotel is dated, we were relieved to find that the room was recently refurbished, with AC and great amenities. I couldn’t fault the stay, and would certainly return. Fantastic location in Katoomba!

Lovely boutique hotel next to Katoomba RSL and close to Echo Point outlook. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds, room equipped with extra heater for the cold winter nights. Very enjoyable stay overall!
