非常好，離碼頭很近，步行衹需要3分鐘，樓下有吃的有買東西的很方便，有付費停車位。

No parking. We had paid for a private parking at RM50. Very doubtful with the charges and receipt produced could be faulted. A thin white layer curtains is needed so that the window could let open to allow sunlight as well as keeping our privacy. The bed sheet and blanket are not clean looking. The wall is not sound proof enough.

The comfortable room came with a slight downside: the bathroom had a musty odor, requiring constant ventilation by leaving the door open. Despite this issue, the overall comfort of the room was decent for the price, making it a reasonable choice for short stays, especially given its peaceful location and proximity to necessary amenities.

Last minute plan check in Lumut with my aunty. This budget hotel located by the sea Ive book for family deluxe room and enjoy the scenery where u can see the beach. Nearby got many stalls , kfc , mamak where u dont need to drive unless if you willing go to Teluk batik This hotel got 2 level and no lift Price : cheap Location : good Services : good Cleanliness : good
