Tilam lama terasa spring kurang selesa. Tiada pakir berhampiran perlu tumpang pakir di KPJ. Pekerja kaunter tidak suka pelanggan hotel menggunakan aplikasi 永安 kerana selalu salah memberi informasi harga kepada pelanggan.

Lokasi yang sangat strategik.. Kemudahan hotel yang minima sesuai dengan harga. Keadaan bilik agak selesa. Kebersihan juga memuaskan. Sila tambah baik dari segi bantal yang terlalu lembik ( tak support kepala). Hotel berdekatan dengan hospital, pasar raya, kedai makan, exit lebuh raya, dan lain-lain.

Good hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are also good & cleaned daily. Staff are helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby & most important thing, also near to the Palm Mall. It's very convenient for me to get stuffs as it was unplanned getaway.
