It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried. I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

Basically it was a fantastic experience. Everything was outstanding. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice and clean BUT there was no guard/keeper. Keep up the good work

الخدمات جيدة الموقع جميل الاثاث نظيف فندق رائع لكن واجهتني مشكلة بالمسبح حيث جرج قدمي بواسطة زجاج منكسر داخل المسبح وحدث جرح داخلي اثر على اجازتي من ناحية الحركة طبعا الفندق برر بخلل في الموظف وعوضوني بعصير المراعي ههههه
