We had a fabulous weekend in pier one hotel, the staff could not do enough for us, no one passed us without asking if they could help us. All the concierge staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed, thank you we will be back

My driver's stayed there and they're complaining of lack of water or no water pressure in the hotel they end up reporting to work with no shower.
