Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer hat auch gepasst. Highlight im Zimmer war der Fernseher, welches sich im Spiegel der Kommode befand. Für uns als dreiköpfige Familie war das Zimmer (Standardzimmer mit Doppelbett) etwas zu klein, welches wir bei der nächsten Hotelbuchung beachten werden. Alles in allem ist das Hotel mit seiner Lage und seinen Preisen empfehlenswert.

We booked a deluxe family room, the room was disgusting. The double bed was soaked from rain water, there was a hole in the ceiling window. When we asked the staff to change the sheets, we saw the sheets and mattress topper with urine stains all over it. The AC didn’t work, and the whole room was overall dusty and unkempt. We cancelled our stay and asked for a refund, the hotel refused even though 永安 tried to negotiate with them. We left and stayed at the Dedeman hotel which was fantastic. Don’t stay at this hotel. 🤢
