愛妮島套房酒店 (One El Nido Suite)

It was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was reasonable here with tea/coffee, pastries. The front desk was not the friendliest of people & I was charged 800php for a lost key card , which I thought was pretty steep. Location was quite good as we wanted to be close to Tao Expeditions. The driver that picked us up from hotel did not help us with luggage at all, we dragged it through bumpy /rocky roads from airport to carpark and then to the hotel. Didn’t offer or lift a finger to help. But it had a great view from the breakfast roof top.

The place looks exactly as advertised. Clean room, beddings, lobby and dining area. Breakfast is good too. Rooms are cleaned , organized daily with bottled water replenished daily. There's a water dispenser at the hallway & lobby. Also there are free massage chairs, which is a plus . Staff are very helpful always wearing a smile. Highly recommend One El Nido Suite.

The hotel was okay. Not the best, but not the worst. Staff was very hospitable, responding and polite. We did have some issues with the room (clogged sink, weak water supply from the shower head), but the staff did help a lot. Breakfast was exceptional, worth adding. The worst thing was the noise outside. There are kids playing some explosive petards at night and roosters screaming since 5 am in the morning, so it was extremely hard to sleep. And we could not sleep at all on New Year’s night because of the fireworks, so I definitely do not recommend booking this hotel during New Year holiday. But if you are a solid unbothered sleeper, you will definitely enjoy the stay 👍🏻

位置非常好 斜對面就是車站如果一早要搭車去公主港前一晚非常推薦住這裡 我們有參加行程A也是步行就可以到達海邊很方便

L’établissement est proche d’un marché de nuit, il y a énormément de bruit et il arrive parfois qu’il y ait des événements sur ce marché. En l’occurrence j’ai eu le droit à de la musique jusqu’à 01h du matin dans cet établissement, l’établissement n’a même pas voulu m’offrir une compensation par rapport au désagrément. À cela s’ajoute les réveils par des coqs toute la nuit… le petit déjeuner est très pauvre…. J’ai également eu le droit à un petit lézard dans la chambre à mon arrivée Établissement que je ne recommande pas du tout au vu du prix

The hotel is located far enough from downtown to be quiet, and you can still walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. The room was as advertised, and clean, no surprise there, and the ocean view was simply amazing. When we returned from our day tour we noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned, and we were told “isn’t dirty you arrived yesterday”. Which to some extent was true. However, as the hotel is advised as a true 3 stars the towels could have been changed and the beds done. The second day we asked the housekeeper, put the door sign and the room was cleaned. The wifi worked very well, only when we were in the breakfast terrace, and the atrium, once we entered our room it barely worked. Speaking of the atrium that acts as a sounding board and as the bedroom door isn't soundproof at all, you will enjoy hearing everything when someone talk to the front desk, or people talking while waiting. The breakfast (6:30 to 9:30) was way below average and mostly cold, except the butter that was left on the warm without some ice around. Which explain why so many people get sick. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the housekeeper guy was very nice and helpful. Then a big thanks to the security guys who gave us very good advice on where to go and what to see around. Their best advice was to always wear the helmet as cops have the habits of waiting for you right before entering downtown. They also pointed to always park the scooter only where it’s permitted, police are patrolling and will remove any scooter that is parked off limits. Advice, always shop around for scooter rental, transfer van, cleaning service and tour, you will get a price without hotel markups. Overall, beside the breakfast and the poor wifi in room, this is a descent place to stay, but we sensed that the owner is doing cheap/minimal maintenance and sooner they will start the negative impact of doing so. Would we recommend this hotel: yes for the location and the view, not for the price though.

酒店的前台服務很好啊，在那旅遊的也是一條龍服務，小姐姐很熱情，很喜歡和她交流，一次很美好和完美的旅遊。小姐姐推薦了a線和c線旅遊，還有當地好吃的。棒棒的。

艾瑪房間裏忘了拍照片。 酒店旁邊就是菜市場，水果蔬菜應有盡有，菠蘿芒果都很好吃😋但是吃飯還要去鎮上海邊不方便，來回都要突突車。斜對面就是交通樞紐，去公主港都在那裡集中。 房間很大，床墊很舒服，不是廉價的那種。被子也很舒服，被褥都很乾凈。但是桌上沒有插座，燒水要去衞生間燒呢。 問題就是其他人病詬的一樣：wifi太差勁了，在房間裏就沒有wifi，衹有到房間外面大廳裏才有信號。我本來定了兩個晚上，第一晚還沒過就把第二晚取消了。住到海邊的酒店，bill和 s hotel，吃飯和出海都方便，但説實話硬件都沒有愛妮島套房好，但是人家有wifi啊。 老闆願意改善一下你的酒店wifi信號嗎？

信號太差了絕大部分都是無網絡，個別前台服務態度有些差
