Good for the price you pay, not all the staff can speak English but they try their best to help you, even borrowing you umbrella when raining. Good choice if here in Beppu. If you have visible tattoos, you can’t take a shower during day and evening and you should wait till night when there’s no customers due to the social taboo about it.

從JR站出來步行大約十分鐘，到二樓前台辦理入住，然後拖鞋放在櫃子裏，裏面全部都是赤腳走路。儲物櫃就在旁邊，温湯也在三樓，還有一個大廳是提供看電視吃東西的場所。住宿，洗手間在四樓。非常乾淨，服務也很好，一個人出行性價比很高。附近YOU ME一樓的超市到了晚上便當麪包熟食壽司等都打折。

They clean the main areas of the building but some angles you can see it they never been watched for days. The location is perfect, close to everything you need Service is good, even if they try to charge for 500¥ per hours of late on the check-out i suppose to do at 11am but i still don’t know why, they ask us to leave at 9am, after all that, they don’t even ask us money, even if one of us left at 10.30am If you have tattoo you can’t get into the spa, would be ok if the showers wouldn’t be inside the spa… My friend as been told to take a shower around 12pm or possibly later for that reason.

Before booking please note that this Capsul hotel is ONLY for MAN. Woman are not allowed to stay here. I was disappointed in this page because it didn’t mentioned anything about their policy. When I arrived at this Capsul hotel the frontdesk told me it’s not possible to check-in. The hard thing is that the money is not refundable.
