Im a returned guest. This time is include breakfast but service was so horrible. We waited for our order then after a while we asked knowing the food is sold out! It happened 2 times. Waste our time! Why u can't even inform us? We need to go ask u the status after waiting so long! The staff is Indian lady, no work manners! Pls train ur staff!!!!

The location is perfect with various food places around. Covenienced store located just right below the hotel. Overall it is a recommend place.

The breakfast is include but not a buffet, very cheap cake, ala carte with small portion, will never come back. Sorry 1 star only

the room is too damp, i think it should include dehumidifier in the room. By the way, the receptionist is friendly and willing to assists. Thank you.

The rooms were ok ok lah. But the area is very good. Alot of makan place. Very convenient also. If planning to sleep a night should be ok.

Dusty room, smelly, amenities not complete like no slipper in A room but B room have slipper, no TV remote in A room but B room have, no body soap in B room but A room have, what an amazing the whole building is dusty smell, the location is really good for regency specialist hospital patient but overall is very undescriptable, if not because of near to hospital i think i wont come back again

the room was nice, the cleaness is average . As when I'm arrived the room still not yet finish. but it's okay I just wait for 10minutes. Else overall ok, quite and I ask non smoking room. So it's fine for me. The air-conditioning works just fine. Water heater also in good condition. Just the space of room, a little bit concerned. As I don't like the space that is narrow. Another room space I think just fine. Just this time I got this one. Actually it's my third time staying there. In future will stay there again definitely.
