Overall is good, open bathroom is suprised for the first time but you get used to it later. Wifi connection is not so strong, but you can still connected. Nice view, helpful staff, affordable price.

Hotelnya bagus banget. Arsitekturnya modern dipadu sama garden keren deh. Roof pool nya bisa sambil sunsetan. Yg paling keren sih taste masakannya

Tempatnya nyaman bersih bagus,, cuma sayangnya untuk sarapan harus naik tangga lumayan tinggi sekitar 4-5 lantai dan lift tidak berfungsi,, tapi pemandangan saat sarapan sangat cantik

Located at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap

雖然在聖吉吉但是周圍冷清啥都沒有 定錯了日期，酒店方不肯換時間，損失一天的房費。 泳池房的泳池不能裸泳，因為周圍都是房間…游泳也夠嗆，沒有把手沒有台階，除非你個子非常高，但是池底是石頭挺硌腳的。 房間裏很多螞蟻很多黑色的蜈蚣狀又可能不是蜈蚣的長而蠕動的黑蟲子，很可怕。 客服服務的工人很好，一直笑笑的，但是這些問題是無法解決的 設施老舊了，住客基本是本國人 不會再次入住了，司機推薦住庫塔或者下次直接機場去Gili吧，不再在龍目逗留了

It's annoying when we can't refundable. The lift was broken. Should be 永安 and Svarga has good testament for the customer, make it easy to refund. Not using customer money, if customer wasn't happy you both we won't using anymore. I just waste my money can't refund. Any rat 💩, 🪰, not buffet for breakfast. I just paid for floating breakfast but I got a little breakfast.
