Automated check-in worked smoothly. very centrally located. Double-room was tidy with very good beds. Thin windows, but perfectly acceptable with earplugs. Automated checkout did not work as designed and the phone number in the hotel listing and displayed in the hotel itself is unregistered. However, then settled via intercom call.

La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda. El placard chico e incómodo. Hay secador de pelo. Dos hermosas lámparas pero no hay donde enchufarlas. Un enchufe no funciona y queda un solo enchufe para cargar un celular. Frigobar pero no hay donde enchufarlo. Tv con mala señal, pero se puede ver youtoube. El baño compartido pero muy limpio. Agua caliente abundante., jabón y shampool. Limpieza perfecta, nos cambiaron las toallas.
No hay ninguna persona física en la recepción, tuvimos problemas con la clave de entrada y se solucionó por el altavoz del timbre. Es para personas con tecnología! Yo tenía Internet pero no tenía línea para recibir SMS de confirmación para el registro on line. Por suerte nos atendieron por el portero. Solucionamos todo.

Værelset var super fint.
Check-in var besværligt. Jeg vil afvide at jeg ikke behøvede at downloade app fordi der ville være en i receptionen hele tiden, men der jeg kom var der kun en tablet og den kunne ikke finde min reservation. Heldigvis kom jeg igennem til kundeservice og de hjalp mig med at lave et kort så jeg kunne tjekke ind.

Convenient location but no elevator and steep stairs all the way to the top floor where my room was located. A very strange room with no where to hang anything You need to checkin the app to open the door, but my app did not find the hotel booking. Also, I had to pay a deposit before opening the door.

Nickel
Nice and clean hostel. But the there is no reception and no one around to help if you need anything. The heater worked for about 20 min and the shut off and wouldn’t come back on.

The overall experience was really nice, someone came to our room to clean and we got new towels. The staircase is long and made me a little bit dizzy. The room was really big and clean, it was warm. There were snacks we could eat after buying and the tv didn’t work. The location is great, 8min walking to the central station. It was a little bit difficult to check-in, as you have to download an app, check-in and create a virtual key to your room to go inside the building
