柏林托爾帕克酒店 (Park Hotel am Berliner Tor)

schönes Stadthotel am Rande der Innenstadt Hamburgs, freudliches Personal, recht saubere Zimmer, trotz Lage ruhige Atmossphäre, Zimmer recht klein, aber mit Ventilator, Bad klein, Bett für mich zu weich, gut für einen Stadtbesuch

Badezimmer und Dusche zu eng, Klimaanlage mit Lüfter

Ich bin immer gerne hier. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, davon war eines fast Luxus!

Die Lage ist bezüglich der Anschlußmöglichkeit U /S-Bahn sehr gut.Für die Dauerbaustellen in Hamburg....kann das Hotel nichts! Die Doppelfenster helfen da . Man sieht dem Hotel seine....Jahre... an. Aber wir wahren sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer dem Service und der Bar. Bitte bei der Anfrage zur Buchung unbedingt die eigene Konstitution und Beweglichkeit beachten......kein Witz !!!! Unser Zimmer (und nur dazu gebe ich diesen Kommentar ab) war ausreichend.....aber der Nassbereich incl.Toilette......war...SPORTLICH...!!! eng!!!) Ich will sagen...wenn sie gut... beleibt....oder Bewegungs eingeschränkt sein sollten bekommen sie sehr wahrscheinlich Probleme!....evt. hat das Hotel ja größere Zimmer??...habe ich nicht erfragt.. Fazit.....Bei erneutem Besuch in Hamburg....steht der Buchung nach dieser Erfahrung ....nichts im Weg. Danke an das Team im Hotel........Moin..Barmann..!

Receptionist was very rude. The room has no AC or fan, so it was boiling hot the whole time. Check out is at 12, cleaners came and banged on the door at 8am demanding to clean. We told them to come back at 12 as we were checking out at 12. They came back at 11 demanding to clean the room again but we weren’t done packing. Got a call from reception at 11:30 asking why we haven’t checked out yet, even though check out is at 12. Overall the room is alright, but a bit old and no AC. Staff is really unhelpful with anything.

Staff very accommodating, nice clean to environment stay in, little bit far from town.

Super Hotel beste Lage in U und S Bshn Nähe tolles Frühstück saubere Zimmer

Booked in for 3 nights during one of the largest conferences in Hamburg. For whatever reason, both the bar and the restaurant were closed for duration. This was stated at checkin, but no reason given. There are few restaurants or small shops in the immediate vicinity, though U-bahn is close by with just a few minutes travel to more central areas. The rooms are not air conditioned and incredibly hot. An oscillating fan is provided, but there are insufficient power outlets to accommodate this without taking out the TV or bedside lamps. The showerhead arrangement was precarious to use without flooding the bathroom, as it tended to want to fire in a particular direction in a very determined fashion. Hotel, although with over 100 rooms on 7 floors, only has one small (and very slow) lift, also shared by housekeeping. Breakfast time in particular involved much waiting or use of stairs.

The service was ok and the staff went all out to bring me a new hairdryer when I feedback on the spoiled hairdryer in the room. However, the amenities are lacking. There’s not even a kettle to boil hot water in the room. Nor coffee and tea.
