酒店很新，房間挺大的，房間很乾凈，洗手間乾濕分區，就是離市中心稍微遠一點，不過可以地鐵直達，很方便，推薦一下。

I have to catch an early flight from Hamburg airport and this hotel is close to the S1 train station. from there within 15 minutes I arrive the airport. It takes me ca. 10 minutes walk from hotel to/from Main train station, with a 30 inch big luggage 🧳 I'm glad I can checkout sharply at 5am, the counter is manned 24 hours and their staff are nice to offer help, e.g. lugguage storage, early checkout

Do not recommend this hotel, this hotel is very stubborn and unkind, I booked in May to stay in June. However, later on, my travel visa was refused, which made it impossible for me to travel and check in. I applied for refund and cancellation with the hotel twice together with the 永安 customer service, and provided the visa refusal certificate presented by the embassy. I admit that my inability to check in is my default first, and I can accept the policy of deducting liquidated damages. However, the hotel once voted not to refund the cancellation. When I applied for the cancellation, there was still one month before my check-in time, and I thought that even if it was canceled, it would not cause any loss to the hotel. So I think this hotel is very stuffy and unhumane, even if you have any problems, you will not get a good solution
