華欣瑪麗薩宮殿酒店 (Maleesa Place Hua Hin)

晝も夜も靜かな環境です。少し歩けばショッピングモールがあります。それぞれの部屋はコンクリートの防音性があります。

開門進房後，看到可愛的毛巾玩偶🧸，驚呼跟感動滿意♥️，空間也很夠用。唯一美中不足，熱水不夠熱，甚至不到温水，這是唯一扣分的地方，不然整體環境衞生沒話說。

Прекрасный вариант для отдыха !! Удачное расположение, близко огромный торговый центр, массажные салоны, в шаговой доступности рынки и рестораны. До моря 10 минут пешком. У нас был номер семейный, расположен на 6 этаже,он там единственный и в нашем распоряжении был весь этаж, заселили за 5 минут, от депозита отказались. Уборку номера производили ежедневно, постельное белье меняли через день. Спасибо огромное отелю за такой тёплый и профессиональный приём! Обязательно вернемся именно из-за такого приёма.

A Positive Stay at Maleesa Place with a Few Points to Note Our stay at Maleesa Place in Hua Hin was a great vacation overall, thanks in large part to the hotel's fantastic location. It's truly in a central and quiet area, making it easy to walk to the beach, two major shopping malls (including Tesco Lotus), the train station, and the night market. The staff were generally helpful, though our check-in was a bit rocky when they initially couldn't find our booking. This was quickly sorted out after we showed our confirmation. A 300 baht deposit for the access card was required, and we were not shown to our room, but these are minor points. They were flexible with our check-out time, allowing a three-hour extension for 100 baht per hour, and kindly stored our luggage afterward. The room itself was modern, but a few things could be improved. The room felt a bit dark, and the air conditioning was dirty and noisy when we arrived. Thankfully, a technician was sent right away to clean it, which solved the problem. The bed was a bit on the small side (1.45 x 1.90 meters), but it was comfortable enough for us. The kitchen amenities were limited, and only one towel (+1 small per stay)per person was provided, though it was easy to get clean towels and daily housekeeping on request. The hotel's location next to the shopping mall did have a slight downside: we could hear some noise at night from the mall's machinery and pumps. However, this was not a major issue and the sound of cars and people was minimal. Overall, we would recommend Maleesa Place. The presence of a light breakfast and snacks was a nice touch, and the ability to get around easily with a "Songthaew" for 15-30 baht made exploring Hua Hin very convenient. Despite the small issues, we had a very enjoyable stay in a part of Thailand that feels more polite and cleaner than the big cities.

一家值得常住的酒店。位置非常好，就在城市最大商場的旁邊，離沙灘、按摩和美食都不遠。酒店有廚具可以完成基本的烹飪，去海鮮市場買海鮮自己回來做是很好的選擇。需要注意的是旁邊住戶的狗很兇猛，走夜路會被嚇一跳

酒店離沙灘不遠需要走到路口，然後坐個天橋就能走到對面的沙酒店旁邊有一個大型購物中心吃喝全部都有，價格非常的便宜 酒店的工作人員非常友好並且還配備有游泳池，早上7:00開始提供一些小零食在天台

近商場，附近很多massage, 大馬路對面也有7-11，房內該有的設備都有，也有餐具可簡單煮食，一樓有洗衣／烘衣機很方便，40銖／次，頂樓am7:00~pm2:00供應點心咖啡，房務清潔很乾淨，每天都會打掃，長短期來住都適合，值得推薦

Замечательный отель. Студии как на картинке. Всё очень продумано, от розеток до освещения. Всё было просто идеально.

I want to first off thank all the lovely staff at Maleesa. They were all so kind and sweet. The room with kitchenette was clean, roomy and the balcony is nice too. Bed a little hard. The quality espresso and fresh toast is a must better than nothing and the lounge is clean, nice, and has some views. The location, although in an alley besides from Village Market, can be an issue if you don’t like walking a lot. With a car or motorbike it’s fine. Didn’t try the pool. For the money a solid 8.5 out of 10.

The amenities have everything you need: stable internet, wardrobes, air conditioning, kitchen with utensils, dryer on the balcony The staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to help On the 6th floor there is a good gym, as well as a coffee machine with a toaster and cookies To summarize, this hotel is an excellent choice for staying in Hua Hin, I recommend it to all travelers!
