這間酒店有的是lift，進出的人特別多，也很多外人進進出出，房間衞生一般，打掃隨便，內裏冷氣也冷還有風扇，睡是不錯，但房間隔音不強，電視需要自已按的是在電視上按，沒有手控的，還有呀，如果要喝水，冷熱水需要自已拿着熱水壺到房外的冷熱器上自已拿啊，多注意的是房門容易開關若是離開房間出去的話，附近酒店好多地方走走，是方便但需謹慎選擇最安全的酒店比較好哦尤其是一個人呀，親臨現場版的我就衹能説實話發表呀感謝大家支持，感恩大家。

Really have to manage expectations because you pay for what you get even though location is superb. Not the best for a memorable stay but works alright for a last minute shelter or place to stay the night. Room door has quite a big gap below meaning noise and light from outside leaks through easily. Toilet was not cleaned properly but at least had good warm water for showering. No hair dryers as well, so warning to the ladies. However, service by counter personnel was good and were helpful in taking care of our luggage even after we checked out to go explore. Overall, will not recommend unless there is really no other options.

換了第三次房間，兩間沒空調，房間一股味道，床上有小蟲，床單有一塊塊黃色的痕跡，地上沒打掃很多灰塵，一個沒第二次光顧了。

worst experience ever with service and understanding. I booked a Superior Queen room WITH window as advertised by 永安 and confirmed in my booking confirmation email. I received a single bedroom with NO window. I claimed it at the front desk showing him my confirmation email and the receptionist started arguing with me that his order/reservation is telling that I should get that room and that I should claim this at 永安. And that supposedly they don't have no other room available. In my confirmation stated that I couldn't cancel or refund my booking, so I decided to stay there only for 4 hours and checked out @7:00am....Never more this T(rash)- Hotel

I went there for check in and the receptionist was busy with a call. Then i informed him of my booking and he checked, stating that 永安 booking number was not in his data. I called 永安 to cancel. Nothing happened till now and i dont know whether 永安 has secured my refund. I dont know what to expect. I then checked the price of the room. It was only 98 net and i paid 130 instead. What a ripp off. This is unfair. I cancelled my booking and i am still waiting for a full refund for that 2 nights
