凱庫拉海濱公寓 (Kaikoura Waterfront Apartments)

位置：就在海邊，距離蘇迪馬酒店200米吧。一整排都是民宿，開窗就是海景，非常棒 設施：這次住在2樓，有2個卧室，1個洗手間，1個開放式客廳。居住環境好，還能自己去買點食材煮着吃，主人還温馨的配備了油鹽。 整體去不錯的體驗，推薦大家來住。一定要預訂2樓的，景觀很贊。

this is a family owned apartment, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. as the amenities were sufficient and the beds very of average comfort, host was very helpful when the water heater couldn't work. no strong cooking in the place to prevent smell. good for big families.

入住很方便，景色優美，推薦預訂第一間正海景的房間。美中不足的是預訂時顯示提供三餐，但是酒店説沒有，衹退了17刀……

民宿位於海邊，對面就是海岸線，早起可以順着海岸線晨跑看日出，如果是夏季會非常舒適，我們到的是冬季，房間內略有點冷。房間沒有圖片看着大，雙床房的床比較小，其他都非常棒。

We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a very cozy room.

這個房子巨好！距離觀鯨售票處很近，商業區很近。位於觀鯨和看海豹的必經之路上，洗碗機16套的尺寸，鍋可以放進去洗，因為抵達的太晚沒拍照片。廚具很全！

衹住了一晚就非常滿意了！ 空間挺大的 衞生間有暖氣 廚房也挺好用 出門就是大海 太開心了 非常推薦這個 乾淨整潔 睡得特別香

公寓過馬路就是海灘，谷歌地圖顯示這裡是一個拍照的最佳地點。酒店的衞生狀況良好，車位充足。到達的那天，南島的高海拔地區下了2025年提前了一個月的初雪。而我們以為衹是下雨，雨過天晴之後，在海邊拍照時驚喜地發現了山上的雪頂。 酒店的經理是一位非常nice的女士。我在半島南端的海邊徒步時，不小心摔傷了膝蓋，因位置偏僻，叫不到優步和出租車，同伴先回到酒店後，請前台幫忙叫一輛出租車。經理立刻請員工直接開車過來，把我們接回了酒店，這位和藹可親的女士早已拿着裹好毛巾的冰塊在門口等候。 可惜我們退房時間很早，前台還沒上班，沒能當面向她們再次表達我的感謝。

This hotel stay was an absolute delight, offering the perfect blend of convenience, stunning views, and high-quality amenities. The location right by the waterfront was simply breathtaking, and the proximity to the whale watching center was an added bonus. While the unit was on the second floor, which required carrying our luggage upstairs, the view from the elevated position was well worth it. There was also the option of requesting a ground floor unit if stairs are a concern. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, with clear instructions provided and a designated key return box for added convenience. Having an assigned parking space just outside the unit was also a thoughtful touch. But the true highlight of this hotel stay was the shower. The water pressure and temperature control were absolutely perfect, making for a luxurious and refreshing experience. And being able to watch the sunrise from the unit was the icing on the cake. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil, waterfront retreat with top-notch amenities and stunning views. The combination of the convenient location, well-appointed unit, and exceptional shower made this an unforgettable stay.

Arrived late afternoon..straight into the apartment Was lovely and clean and great facilties. Although we had an accessible room , shower was good. Free laundry facilties a bonus. Location very good. Encounter coffee was just a short walk away and the ocean was in eyesight. Loved Kaikoura even though was just a short stop en route to Nelson. Scenery amazing and Pier restaurant had great seafood. Very calm and serene atmosphere. Mountains in the distance and visiting the seals was lovely.
