説實話這個價位能住到海邊獨棟別墅真心太值了，床也很乾凈衞生，但是感覺這個酒店衹有自己一家人，到了晚上很害怕。前台平時也不常看到人，外面的人也是隨便可以進出的。而且門有點關不上，壞人來了真一腳就可以把門踹開，考慮安全的話這個酒店不太適合。心驚膽戰過了兩天，還好平安度過，看到了大壁虎

I was very torn to write this review. I want to love this place. It is an awesome concept and on a gorgeous private quiet beach. However the entire facility needs intensive cleaning. The sheets and towels are clean but everything else is dirty. There is no restaurant and the beach bar only sells bottled drinks. The facility is understaffed so even though they want to help they just can’t. If you can look past the dirt and can order food online then you will love this place.

To whoever is in charge of booking these hotels. I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms they were not cleaned every day. The shower door had to be removed. And was not replaced. The swimming pools was filthy we could not use it. There is not enough staff to cope with the work load. For the money I paid I felt very let down. I blame 永安 for allowing people to book this sub standard hotel. I will not be using 永安. Com again unless I get a satisfactory answer to my complaint. Many thanks for nothing.

This place was probably great when it was first built. Sadly now the only thing that comes across is NEGLECT. The bathroom was atrocious. The water from the taps was brown. We had water running from the walls in the bathroom (plus a couple of lizards!) but the other issue is it’s miles from anywhere - there’s no bars or restaurants for miles around. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss

Wir haben für 4 Nächte gebucht haben aber nach 2 Nächten freiwillig ausgecheckt und das Hotel verlassen. Die Gründe dafür: heruntergekommene Bungalows, dreckiger Pool (selbst mit Badeschuhen kann man nicht rein). Es fing an am ersten Tag wie wir eingecheckt haben und unser Bungalow gezeigt wurde, haben wir als erstes den dreckigen Pool zur Begrüßung bekommen. Dann am ersten Abend wie wir schlafen wollten und zur Unterkunft kamen wurden wir im Bungalow vor lauter Ameisen überrascht die überall auf dem Boden waren und teilweise im Bett. Das haben wir dem Hotel Personal gemeldet, die haben gesagt die kümmern sich drum und sprühen die Räumlichkeiten mit Insekten Spray ein. Am nächsten Abend war Genua das selbe Problem wieder Ameisen plus große Kakerlaken im Zimmer gehabt. Nichts entspricht dem was über die Unterkunft bei Buchungen steht. Das Personal konnte uns nicht mehr weiterhelfen weil keine anderen Zimmer mehr frei waren. Somit haben wir 2 Nächte vorzeitig aus gecheckt.

Der Aufenthalt war okay. Die Lage ging klar, das Zimmer war sehr schön am Meer gelegen. Leider mangelts stark an Sauberkeit, sollte dringend aufgebessert werden. Es wurde in 3 Nächten nicht einmal gereinigt, trotz Hinweis, sehr traurig für den Preis.

1 המזגן מטפטף מים וכל החדר מוצף מים 2 האור במקלחת נכבה ונדלק(מרצד) שמדליקים את המים במקלחת 3 הזרם במקלחת נורא חלש 4 יש נמלים בחדר 5 יש מלא אבק בחדר 6 שהזמנו את החדר היה כתוב נוף לים ואין נוף לים. 7 המים במקלחת חמים ופתאום קרים ופניתי לעזרה כבר פעמיים כל פעם שלוש שעות בקבלה עד שמקבלים מענה בא טכנאי ועדין לא הצליח לסדר את התקלות.. דרשתי לקבל חדר תקין ואמרו לי שיש רק חדר עם בריכה ואני צריכה לשלם עוד כסף אם אני רוצה לעבור לחדר תקין וזה ממש לא בסדר. המלון בעל פוטנציאל גדול אך לא מתוחזק, בריכה מלאה ירוקת והכל שבור . העובדים מנסים לעזור אבל אין להם איך כמו כן המיקום של המלון זוועה רחוק מהכל .. שורה תחתונה לא ממליצה למרות שהצוות נחמד, הוא לא מבין ולא יכול לעזור באישזהו שלב פשוט ויתרתי כי שמתי לב שאני מבזבזת ימים שלמים בקבלה במקום להנות מהחופשה

In die Jahre gekommen, der zum Bungalow gehörige Pool war einer der saubereren in der Anlage, Toilette hat extrem gestunken. Wenn mal Personal an der Rezeption war, dann auch sehr hilfsbereit & habe sich auch sofort um Anliegen gekümmert.. Alles in allem ok

The hotel is in great need of renovation, it still hasn't recovered after the covid restrictions, the closet in our room was full of holes, the towels were old, the glass doors were dirty, there were a lot of nuances, the restaurant was open only for breakfast, a very poor breakfast considering the fact that there are no restaurants nearby at all. It is a big request to the owners to allocate money for the renovation of the hotel, because the photos on the website and the reality are very different. I want to express my big thanks to the staff, the girl at the reception was very friendly and helpful, during the misunderstanding that arose because of our cat, everything was resolved quickly. The hotel does not accept pets, but we were kindly agreed to stay with our cat. Everything was great for a 2-day stay, if you ignore all the disadvantages. Advantages : friendly staff, the location of the hotel is the first line. Cons: everything else
