Stayed for 1 night before taking a ferry to Koh Phangan and already rebooked to stay again. Location is perfect for the ferry piers and the rooms are what you need. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool area. I also enjoyed getting to use the on-site gym, which is small but very well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend to stay there if visiting Bangrak.

To sum it up - this hotel could be very nice with a private pool and a private beach. To be honest the room was very nice as well - you have enough space, it’s clean and the location is on the more quiet beach part (left side of the north of Koh Samui). Now to the bad part, right now it’s under construction and we got woken up 2 times at 7:30/7:45 from workers right in front of our room. You really can’t enjoy your 永安 there because you can not relax at the beach, nor pool, nor in your room from in the morning at 7:30 - 17:30. This is a terrible service and should not be accepted. Furthermore there is just one small Caffè with expensive prices which is not even part of the hotel. In the end you pay the full price for a construction side. Be careful before you book it and ask about the construction. My prediction (it will be there the next few weeks). But they should have to be honest with their quests and not sell their room while renovating… We would not recommend the hotel at the moment. After renovation - maybe.

1. 因為是一家三口出遊，我都是會選擇三人間的那種，這家酒店標註三人間，但是到店了還要我額外付款四百泰銖，説是床位費。 既然你標註了三人間為什麼還要向我收取額外的費用。 好在永安在第一時間協助解決了，永安在第一時間幫我們解決了旅行中的問題。 2. 衞生也很堪憂， 房間的地板很臟，床單上還有血跡。 3. 因為在馬路邊上，晚上噪音很大，對睡眠不好的人不太友好。
