I didnt have much expectation on this hotel when i did the booking as this is a budget hotel. But when i arrived, the hotel really exceeded my expectation! Beyond satisfied. :) Reception was situated at 1st floor. Smells like laundry shop, the moment you entered it. Smell of cleaned linen. No elevator but overall my hotel stay was very pleasant. Receptionist- polite & helpful Water dispenser & iron/ironboard provided nearby the reception. Room - really spacious, clean, fully equipped (hangers, towels, body wash & shampoo), water heater & aircond well functioning, fast wifi, smart tv with netflix account. Really enjoyed by solo stay here with all these. Location - walking distance to Pasar Siti Khadijah & Masjid Muhammadi Would love to repeat staying here, the next time i visit Kota Bharu.

So far, we’re oka with our stay! The room is clean, new and comfortable, and the location is great — just around 400m from Pasar Siti Khadijah, so it’s easy to walk around. The staff are friendly too. Each floor has its own small lounge with a different design, plus an iron and hairdryer, which is really convenient. Overall, a nice stay so far!

2nd time staying at this place. This time got a room at 1st floor. Hence nearer to restaurant below. So for light sleeper better request for higher floors. Oh ya, by the way, no lift ya. Staircase all the way.
