The room was not in great condition. There is a lot of ants on the island table and sink area. There also doesn’t have dishwasher soap. For the bathroom, the ceiling was quite scary and the floor also not to clean. For the bed, the mattress smell not good and have a bit of dust. Please please please focus more on the cleanliness, so guest will feel better when check in here

Studio room yang sangat berbaloi disebabkan studio room besar dan terdapat kelengkapan, harga pun murah. Lokasi yang berdekatan dengan semua tempat. Cuma agak bising sedikit bila ada kereta atau motor yang lalu laju. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan harap owner dapat lebih teliti dengan kebersihan dan kalau boleh tolong tukar bantal & cadar yang baru disebabkan agak lusuh. Apa pun semua terbaik dan memuaskan saya beri 7/10

Clean room, air-conditioned apartment, view of the river., dedicated parking lot and easy excess to town and airport. The down side you can't cook., you only can reheat as the only have microwave.. the building only have swimming pool no gym.. Overall satisfied.

1. The bathroom wall and floor were stained n mouldy. 2. The bed need vacuuming n cleaning, while the bedsheet n duvet need cleaning n changing because my skin itched sleeping on it. I have to cover the bed with my own sheet I brought along. 3. The sofa was dusty n uncomfortable to sit on. 4. Towel was changed only upon request. Should be changed daily or at least after 2 days. 5. The floor need vacuuming at least after 2 days stay.

river and city view, easy access to all locations. the building is attached with ibis hotel. clean and cozy but only the shower should be repaired. clear instructions from the host. overall nice place to stay 👍🏻 very recommended

Bilik selesa. Kebersihan kurang. Tv channel susah. Berkali-kali Wsap dan call customer service tak jawab. Hari nak check in baru dapat guide info. Lokasi strategik berdekatan dengan kedai tengah bandaraya. Lif laju. Security dan parking senang. Ibis cafe pun sedap. Suasana ke parking agak usang walaupun baru.. Bersawang dan lampu tak hidup.
