麗芙維拉大酒店鄉 (Grand Riverview Hotel)

Stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. Location wise is perfect to visit a lot of the local museums, market and restaurants. If you are planning to drive, do be informed that the basement parking is not that big. We have the unfortunate experience of arriving but couldn't get a car park and need to park on the street nearby. THe hotel had a big event that time. Buffet breakfast was alright. Room wise was clean. Will certainly come back again.

Basically having conference at the same hotel. So far everything is good and the venue is convenient for working related. There got few restaurants nearby so very friendly.

Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.

The hotel look a bit rundown from the outside. However when you step inside from the lobby, you can see that it is well maintained. The room is spacious & clean. There’s even a bathtub. Breakfast spread is average but delicious. The area is quiet at night. You can go for a walk by the Kelantan river.

Room was superb & clean. Pool was small. Threadmill in gym not functioning. Breakfast foods was simple & not so many variety.

Great riverfront location with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Ideal for families or business travelers. However, the hotel is a bit dated, and the breakfast and facilities could be improved. Still, a good value for the price if you don’t mind the old-fashioned decor.

The front office lady so unwelcoming. I called housekeeping twice, both unpick up. Have to call FO. You have to wait more than 30 minutes to receive what you asked. Very poor service. Breakfast was good

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which made a great first impression. Our room was on the 8th floor, facing the Kelantan River, and it was quite spacious. However, the hotel is a bit aged, and the old carpet had a slight damp smell when we first entered. Fortunately, after turning on the air conditioning for a while, the smell disappeared. On the bright side, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite things about the room was the huge window—if you're lucky with the weather, you can catch a beautiful sunset over the river. The underground parking was convenient, with plenty of spots near the entrance to the lobby. The hotel is also within walking distance of several tourist attractions like museums and the famous Siti Khadijah Market. The only real downside was the incredibly slow elevator, which tested my patience a little. Aside from that, everything was fine for a short stay. Would consider staying again if visiting Kota Bharu.
