Bilik kemas & cantik. Kipas juga ada. Cuma kepala katil agak berhabuk. Tandas ok cuma dinding agak kotor & ada tompok² hitam. Kalau sental sikit memang hilang & lagi nampak bersih. Location memang strategik di tengah bandar. Boleh repeat lagi.

Tempat strategik sebab sebelah ade kb mall and terletak betul2 tengah bandar kb. cuma for the parking tu just ade public parking area hotel. But will stay here again cuz affordable and banyak kemudahan. 🤩

Spacious hotel, got both fan and aircond, clean, got basic toiletries and mineral water. No sound proof. Helpful and kind staff. Very near with kb mall. Please reminded need to pay parking fee or got summon.

Next to kb mall. Very convenient location. Hard to get grab taxi in the morning before mall open. If you have early morning flight remember to book grab taxi to airport at least 30 mins before your intended departure time from hotel.

Booked last minute because have to extend my stay, it was dusty,dirty and disgusting! The aircond is full of dust and not cool at all, luckily there is a ceiling fan if not i won't be able to fall asleep! No next time and totally not worth the money

The hotel location was great as it's just next to KB mall & it's located at town centre. Thanks to front desk as I called to them few hours before arrival to request to arrange the room facing KB mall & clean the room + change the clean bedsheets (afraid the room was empty too long with smell ). It was all great only with one BAD which it's not sound proof. The windows not functioning well as U can hear the vehicles noise whole night....Hope the Tune management can invest some $$$ to repair / upgrade the windows rubbers to make all perfect.
