The room had a strong smoking smell that lingered throughout my stay, even though I requested a non-smoking room. It was pretty off-putting.
Additionally, the noise level was unbearable at night. I could hear people in the hallway and outside talking loudly well into the early hours, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

When we arrived I'm not sure they read how many people - I had to ask for more wrist bands. We called and asked for more pillows for our room considering we had 4 people at 9 - 930 we called and asked how long they'd be and if I could go pick them up so the kids would go to bed... they said no I couldn't and that she'd ask them again. No pillows arrived.
Breakfast we went to the restaurant. Waited in line, were told we had to wait till they cleared tables as a few were just finishing up. As we waited we read the menus so we'd be ready. Another table the same size came after, they sat them first. I had to ask again to be seated. We had to continue to wait.
